Observing Wisdom For Profit

If we destroy the natural resources that allow us to trade in commerce, what will we then use to continue doing business ? Nature has provided better ways for millions of years - with careful observation, we easily see Nature has the best distribution model on the planet, while all at the same time bringing no harm to any of Her inhabitants.. A tree in its lifetime may drop over 1 billion seeds, each one unique to respect the biodiversity potential of every environment the seed may find itself in, now that is coming prepared! Even better, if the seed is not one of the few seeds that root out of approximately each million seeds, then the seed simply composts and becomes nutrients to the tree in the cycle of life... there is no waste. In lean years animals in the forest have less young, on purpose, so as not to upset the balance of resources... or in times of crisis, such as a forest fire, all the animals will share water without threat to each other... how easily one may adopt the wisdom of the ages found right before our very eyes... one more?... okay, because I love trees -> a tree will only grow based on the sun and water resources that it may have available in that year (vs. adding syn-chemical fertilizers), in order to keep a perfect “balance sheet”, just as a business cannot grow anymore than its own cash flow (sun) and inventory (water). Perhaps, we will become ambitious enough - or threatened enough - to one day emulate this perfected natural business model, indeed any business on the planet could just emulate (and profit from the abundance) from this wisdom of the ages... if change is inevitable, then we ask how we can facilitate beneficial change from the abundance found all around us? 9 Organic Levels - really?... Did you say nine?

Did you know there are 9 levels of organic certification? We are certified at each and every level of organic, and biodynamic certification. We are independently audited and have the certificates to back up our commitment to these important facts. Though, our certifications do not end here.

Keeping out the Riff-raff

We believe that the strictest ecological standards must apply in order to accept any organic ingredients ‘as ours’ to put into our organic processes and bottles. Right from the time the first certified organic seed is planted, cared for and cultivated, to when the herb or flower is first touched at the optimum time in the cycle of the organic harvest, through to preparations, transport, storage, processing, blending and finally bottling to complete the entire 9 phases. Each product that is certified organic must be able to be subject to and undergo an independent and random audit of any of these 9 stages, at any time, or face loss of the certification. We welcome this stringent and careful approach. In recent years companies are clearly and arguably deceptively (though somehow legally) reporting percentages of organic content, like 70%, on their labels... hmm? It is not the customer perception that needs to change (they want the best organic), but the industry standards actually determining the amount of harmful substances or ‘grey %’ of organic ingredients. It is not right to profit while harming others.

To Do or Not To Do...Corporate Greed, or Real Profit?

Yes, unfortunately, this is true... 70% may only refers to a proposed ingredient, out of many more - no less, no more. We can only attribute such actions as management ignorance and corporate greed for senseless profit. Do we all not profit when we can use safer, clean products that also protect and enhance our water, air and soil quality? Not only is it important what we do, also what we will NOT do!... we must stop the use of damaging chemicals, for the love of common sense and our children's’ futures, they deserve clean water, air and soil!

Lead and Horse Urine... whoa cowboy!

For years the personal care industry just goes through any of these stages while introducing chemicals or synthetics (like lead in lip stick) or even animal byproducts, such as horse urine or fish scales, are not only completely unnecessary, but just darn incorrect according to Nature’s life-giving laws. We will never accept these standards for organic personal care or otherwise... it is not right to profit while potentially harming another (person or animal).

Betting On Organics

We believe that natural and organic products should contain NONE of the modern, harmful synthetics or petro-chemicals, after all these products go onto our skin and are absorbed into our bodies bloodstream. Health professionals and customers deserve THE BEST, in fact, shoppers already believe they are paying a premium for a skin care commodity if the label sports the word “organic.” anywhere...unfortunately, current personal care standards do not define this use, while still being “legal”... yes, it is buyer beware - until the buyer becomes informed and aware of genuine knowledge... we believe there are millions of consumers out there who actually do care, about themselves, and perhaps even the Earth. We’re betting on it!
