Zosimos Botanicals LLC gives back to the community through dissemination of information about natural alternatives to chemical-laden cosmetics and by donating products to others that share its principles. In 2009, ZB is supporting the following wonderful causes and charities, which we invite you to visit:

• Zosimos Botanicals provided soy candles to be auctioned off at the Breast Cancer Fund's Heroes Tribute at the Jewish Community Center in San Francisco on April 30, 2009.
• Locally, we donated cosmetics for Burning tree Elementary School's Second Grade musical performance of An Aesop Adventure on March 4, 2009. The school is located in Bethesda, MD. Our gift was acknowledged in the concert program. A Mom from the school requested our involvement to replace cosmetics purchased by another parent from the Dollar Store which she objected to due to their synthetic ingredients.
• Zosimos is thrilled to have found Terry Grahl, through StartUp Nation's 2009 Mom's in Business Competition. Terry leads Enchanted Makeovers, an organization that transforms shelters for women and children into places of peace and possibilities. (Not just where basic needs are met, but spiritual needs for hope and beauty also). We will be sending personal care products for the shelter residents.
• We are honoring the American Association of State Troopers for their work with the Amber Alerts program.
• Days End Farm Horse Rescue - Zosimos Botanicals had donated to the Grapes of Hooves Silent Auction to benefit Days End Farm Horse Rescue. Days End cares for abused and neglected horses. The event was April 4th in Lisbon, MD.
• Liberty's Promise Zosimos Botanicals sponsored an Intern from Tanzania through Liberty's Promise Opportunities Plus program, which gives young immigrants a chance to explore their talents by exposing them to career possibilities.
• Pure Prevention A campaign to raise awareness about the environmental causes of breast cancer.
• Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary

Our Orders are packed in reused packing materials. Because it utilizes substantially less energy to reuse than recycle, Zosimos Botanicals LLC reuses packing materials whenever possible instead of buying new materials. If possible, please reuse or recycle these packing materials.
