Shipping Rates and Policies

• Shipping is a flat rate per destination zone.  Either $11.00 or $14.00 depending on  your destination zip code. Purchases of $150 and above receive an automatic 10% off. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order and 3-5 business days for shipping. 
• Your shipment may come in multiple shipments in order to expedite your order.  You will NOT be charged extra shipping charges if your order is shipped in multiple shipments.
  
• All sales are final.  There are no refunds.  If you receive your order and it is damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately for a product exchange.
  
• We use PayPal to process our orders whether you pay with credit card or through your PayPal account.  You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your order and will be given the opportunity to return to our website upon completion.  You will recieve a confirmation email from Reborn Organic after your purchase to confirm that this transaction took place.  This is a secure process.  We have MANY reasons why we solely use PayPal, but if this proves to be an inconvenience for you, please email me and we can arrange an alternate option.  THANKS!
